2. Eligibility Our products and services are intended solely for Commercial Entities, Manufacturers, and Distributors (B2B). We do not sell retail quantities to individual home consumers. By placing an inquiry or order, you represent that you are purchasing for business purposes.
3. Orders & Pricing
- All price quotes provided are valid for the period stated in the Proforma Invoice (PI).
- MOQ (Minimum Order Quantity): Our standard MOQ starts at 5 Metric Tons (LCL) or 1 Container (FCL), unless otherwise agreed in writing for trial orders.
- Prices are subject to fluctuation based on the global cocoa market terminal.
4. Shipping & Incoterms
- Unless otherwise agreed, standard shipments are executed under FOB (Free On Board) Tanjung Priok, Jakarta or CIF (Cost, Insurance, and Freight) to the destination port.
- Risk of loss transfers to the Buyer in accordance with the Incoterms® 2020 rules agreed upon in the contract.
5. Sample Policy We offer sample kits to qualified business prospects. While the sample material is complimentary, the Buyer is responsible for all shipping and courier charges. Payment for shipping must be settled before the sample is dispatched, or the Buyer must provide a valid courier account number.
6. Governing Law These terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of Indonesia.
